Great rate and convenient location for boutique hotel
Short walk to metro and various shops and cafes in Marais area. The beds and showers are nice. The staff is excellent and security is very good. Nice mini bar in room.
No AC. Lobby lacks complimentary coffee and/or water. No common bar or meeting area in lobby.

the cleanliness of the room, its quietness (I had a room at the back), its warmth and the quality of the bedding/bed
the room was very small for a double. I stayed on my own so it was no poblem but for a couple with suitcases space would definitely be at a premium.
