Hotel Gérando

The room' door lock was broken and hotel staff fixed it manually and it broke everyday again. The bedsheets were soo dirty.rhe room was very small.

The reseptionest treatment wasn't good at all I never felt welcome I never felt comfortable while all I just asked for is a place to sleep at night otherwise I'm out of this hotel and above that I wasn't that welcome or feel warm I tried to smile all my time to a reseptionest who was un profisional and super rude and I was saying in myself he is a divel the way he is the room doesn't look good not that clean things inside like since many ages I swear what let me book there just no free rooms around paris in the time I book with value I wanted, even I would say the hotel bit not high price but its really don't even worth the half of what I paid if it was my first trip to paris I would feel so bad about it coz the whole feeling I felt.

Location is excellent, rooms are nice and soundproof.

Welcoming from staff, grumpy man. Next day someone else was working that was very nice. I paid 75 euro's through Booking.com. When I arrived there the price advertised on the counter was 70. Breakfast not included when in fact that was advertised on booking.com as included.

The hotel is close to the Paris-Nord railway station, has Internet café(s) and supermarket(s) close by.

The 1-day Internet access stopped after less than 2 hours all over the hotel. When I inquired about that the receptionist told me that *tomorrow* someone will come to fix it (I was supposed to leave at 7 AM next day). When I explained that I was counting on the Internet the receptionist raised his shoulders and asked me "What can I do?". Imagine not having electricity or water, and the hotel representative asking what can he do... Such lack of emergency planning is very unprofessional. Later I asked for a tea and the receptionist told me they are out of tea lol.
