Very charming hotel in a nice residential neighborhood. Breakfast was amazing, as was attention to details throughout the hotel.
In a word, the staff. The two men at the desk are perhaps the most knowledgeable people in Paris. If there's anything they don't know, they look it up. Beyond that, both of them have excellent judgement. If they say something is worth doing, count on it. Itis.
The room and bathroom were small but that is Paris.
friendly staff, location
Friendly Staff, helpful. Very comfortable, great petit dejeuner (breakfast) which was included. Had an incident where 'Rita' was fantastic, kept my new wife from going through a melt-down. Bought us a split of good Beaujolais wine for honeymoon consideration - which was thoughtful!
Very close to Champs-Elysées, but not a lot of 'fun' or shopping, within striking distance.
Great location, friendly staff, room bwas clean and well presented. Very quiet for sleeping. Easy access to the Metro.
This is a first rate hotel. Very clean, great staff, great location, comfortable rooms. I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a great trip to Paris
The service was great. They really went out of their way to help us from making reservations to giving us directions. Thanks a bunch Phillip.
Absolutely everything. Staff attitude is professional and extremely helpful. Newly renovated hotel is decorated beautifully and tastefully. The breakfast area is a pleasure to be in and the lovely asian people who run this part of the hotel are to be commended for their desire to please. We intend writing to the hotel to thank them again for their courtesy and making our visit a happy one.
There was nothing we could fault with the hotel. After our week at the hotel we were joining some friends travelling in the south of france and the hotel was happy to store our excess luggage until our return at no charge to us.
the upgraded me from the two rooms i booked to the penthouse which is suit with tow bedrooms and two bathrooms ,the decoration of the hotel and room is beautiful ,i liked the lsrge shawer and the siund system.
i asked them to empty the minibar but they told me its against the hotels rules wich is strange
Excellent location. Near of everything and Hotel was at the small street, so room was very quiet and peacefull. Hotel was small and very comfortable. It was also elegant and clean. Staff was very friendly. They were allways ready to help and they spoke good english . We didn't try hotel breakfast and every facilities weren't ready yet, but we don't have anything negative to say about the hotel. Gonna miss that time what We spend there.
