Pros (+) We stayed at the Hotel Mercure for our anniversary and were delighted with the accomodations. The hotel was beautiful and the room was clean, comfortable, modern and well appointed. The staff were very friendly, helpful and always going the extra mile to provide outstanding service. Pros (+) The hotel is in a great location near The Luxembourg Gardens, which are great on a nice day. There are many restaurants nearby and the staff is really helpful.
Pros (+) Location. Very close to Vavin metro stop.
Cons (-) Standard room was tiny, shower difficult to not get water on floor, closet won't hold standard hangers. Worst was heating system that ran too hot all week. Only solution was opening balcony door and listening to street noise all night.
