The only good point about this hotel is the location ie close to the train station

The location is great, just next to Gare Montparnasse, the very vivid rue de la gaite, the shopping street of rue rennes, the proximity to everything that you may need.
The wireless internet does not cover some of the floors. If this is important to you, ask to be in the lower floors.

In the front of station,no need of umbrella to get the train in a rainy day. Many restaulants including 4 Japanese in 5 minutes walk. Quiet in the night even in the middle of down town.
Sound insulation inside is not good enough. It was noisy at early in the morning to hear the shower and bath noise from the next door.
