Overall, guests were highly satisfied with the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, who made their stay memorable and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities was frequently mentioned as a positive aspect. Many guests appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to restaurants, landmarks, and public transport. However, several reviews noted that the rooms were quite small, which is a common issue in Paris. Despite this, the positive experiences with service and cleanliness outweighed the negatives for most guests.
