Fine although bad wifi
Quiet and clean
Wifi was not working one day which for a business traveler is really irritating as impacts being able to work.
Clean, quiet, and comfy. Not a huge room, but I didn’t need one. I’d return!
For Asians, there are Chinese take-a-way restaurant near the hotel. You can grab a food at a reasonable price even at late evening. Also a small shop which we can buy water and beer. Close to the nearest metro station.
Nothing special except the price.
Brief overnight stay only
The staff - friendly, pleasant and most accomodating, the location - within walking distance of a number of Paris sites, the room - well maintained and clean as was the hotle itself, the size - not overwhelming as a large multi- roomed hotel
no it was exactly what I expected from the web site
Location was nice and central. Hotel staff very helpful, room size was fine.
The hotel is well located for the main sights in Paris and also for the RER to Versailles. It is also good for access to the open spaces of the Bois de Boulogne for relaxation during the day. There are good restaurants and shopping nearby.
We had requested a quiet room and were given one between 2 lifts and overlooking the main street, which was noisy. Although the temperature reached 27 centigrade during our stay, we were told that the air conditioning would not be switched on until 15th of May.
Friendly helpful staff, very informative. Clean room and great location.
everything war fine
Rooms were clean and had airco. Personel was friendly. Breakfast was really good.
The breakfast was really good but it was a bit expensive.
Courteous helpful hotel staff. Bathroom large, modern and super clean. Breakfast had unsually wide selection of breakfast items (example: fresh kiwis, bananas, apples, oranges, both skim and whole milk, etc.). Very convenient to sights in Paris, Metro, etc.
Room itself was small and looked like it hadn't been re-furbished since 1980's. Wallpaper, for example, was faded and slightly peeling.
No shutters in the room, and as it was winter, no airconditioning. We therefore slept with the window open, but it started to rain very hard, and we had to close the window to avoid a flood in the room. The noise of the rain drops on the window ledge was quite loud when we had the window open.
There is an old saying that tells us we will eventually meet everyone we know along the Champs Elysées that runs through the heart of Paris, France. The Hotel Victor Hugo Paris Kleber is just steps from the famous avenue and puts some of the city’s most famous destinations and attractions within steps of the front door. The Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Arc De Triomphe, and an impossibly long list of restaurants, markets, shops, and cafes are all within less than a mile of the hotel or easily reached by the Metro. The Charles De Gaulle Airport is around 15 miles from the hotel, too.
Obviously, the location of the premium hotel is a good reason to book a stay, but it also provides many amenities and services that only add to its appeal. There are business services, a concierge, ticketing desk, games, breakfast in the rooms, laundry and dry cleaning, shuttle services for a fee, Wi-Fi and parking for a fee, and 24-hour front desk.
The hotel features an array of rooms that range in size from singles to family rooms. Each is beautifully designed and well-appointed, offering direct-dial phones, premium bedding and linens, complimentary bottled water, a hot beverage station with tea and coffee supplies, marble and granite bathrooms, flat-screen TVs and entertainment systems, a sitting area, high speed internet, work desk with ergonomic chair, minibars, and climate controls, among other appealing features. All of this makes the Hotel Victor Hugo Paris Kleber suited to many kinds of guests.
