Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access major attractions and transportation. The staff and service were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and attentive, contributing positively to guests' experiences. Cleanliness was also noted as a strong point in several reviews. However, some guests were disappointed with the breakfast quality and found room sizes to be small, though this was often expected for Paris. A few reviews mentioned maintenance issues and outdated facilities, but the overall sentiment was positive, especially regarding location and service.
