Location location location + nice clean room + breakfast included in price
Unable to control room temperature
Location: nearby shops, OECD, charming street in the best neighbourhood, extra: small garden, no traffic: unique position. free breakfast.
very small breakfastroom, very small bed: too small for two persons. lack of privacy at ground floor rooms; guests pass along the windows. so one cannot open the curtains.
Location was good. Very near to metro station. Staff was nice. Breakfast was also good.
There is no lift and the stairs are quite narrow. Hence quite difficult to carry heavy baggages.
It was chilly in early morning. It seems that 's why their bed covers are very heavy. WIFI was not available in my room.
it was very good price for paris; rooms are modern and clean although very basic. the place is well located, close to metro and city attractions
rooms are very basic; breakfast is just tea and juice and some bakeries, other options are available for additional pay; my room was on 3rd floor with no elevator, had to climb narrow ladder with all my luggage
Good location, I find the Passy area very safe
No, it was what I expected for a 2 star
The bathroom was very good installed
I arrived the hotel at 4 o'clock in the aftfernoon after having a bad and troublesome tour with the bus from Charles de Gaulles and the 22. I was quite ready coming to the hotel. I'm 67 jears old and the woman at the reception wouldn't carry my baggage to the second floor, where my romm should be, I reserved per internet. So there was no personne to carry my baggage. It's impossible. Then I must take a room in the ground floor instead.
Proximity to metro. Good service. Nice neighborhood. Great little hotel!
Friendly and helpful staff, great location, and clean room.
The hair dryer worked for 20 seconds at a time, then quit for a minute or two. Not a big deal, so we didn't mention it to the staff. The room was small, so we had to live out of suitcases, but we expected this. Wonderful neighborhood - walk West on Avenue de Passy for a charming park, very nice cafes and fabulous patisseries.
