I didn't received what I booked
The executive lounge service was great and the room were comfortable and clean.
The cleaning staff could have been more consistent when they replaced soap/shampoo products. The executive lounge area had a funky/rotten smell near the espresso machine.
Staff not as professional,or courteous as other SPG properties
Staff was stiff not warm
Wi Fi Charges...ridiculous
Cleanliness of room.
Noisy breakfast room. Overpriced breakfast. Overpriced cocktails... Bus Tour clientele. Mediocre Restaurant....and overpriced.
Two things are bad 1- Wi-Fi fees in the Room. 2- Room Toilets uncomfortable at all.
The staff is fantastic, the rooms are adorable, I love those luxurious hotel sheets... The concierge was the best, and the food was to die for. I'm a huge fan of room service, and I looked forward to le petit-dejuner Americain every morning.
Having to pay €40 for three days of wifi and a few other add-ons.
The resturant, and it's location.
Nothing really. One thing it could be looked at is the rate, I think it should be less
Location ok .Value for Moneyvery poor. Room need urgent refurbishment
Rooms looks good in 1980 and therefore very poor in 2010
I reserved a smokig room and advise them about my early arrival. And anything was done as per my requests?
Old, small room. To expensive for what you get
Internet must be free in room at this level of price
After my stay, returning to the USA, I realized I had left four dress shirts in the hotel room (dresser drawer). I called immediately and both the front desk and housekeeping were prompt in their response and location of the shirts and were ready and willing to return them to me in the USA.
1) Waited more than twenty minutes to find someone to to come to registration desk; line of guests were waiting, but no one to check us in 2) Room not supplied with note pad, pens or other items needed for messages and notes
Clean rooms, good location, luxurious and new looking. Concierge services very good.
Staff failed to bring our luggage to the room on the first time. In the evening, the bar is closed for Jazz shows. Hence, unless you are willing to pay ~30 EUR for the show, extra, there is no place in the hotel open for drinks. Room service over priced.
The hotel charged us mixing of baby food, this has never happend to us before in any hotel.
Excellent concierges, great location
I had a Club President room that, for the price paid, it was too small. Breakfast was nice but nothing special
super breakfast, nice rooms
