Good location, very friendly and helpful staff
Rooms old and dated
Perfect location right at galeries lafayette and metro. Location could not be better for those who want to enjoy shopping and get to tour around paris with metro or by foot. Also restaurants are real close by.
It is ok to pay up to 250eur - 300eur for night but not more because it is not worth to pay more. Didn't really feel the benefits of club room,-small room, only 2 nights turn down service was provided. Windows and balcony not clean. Poor internet connection,-wifi signal eather low or not at all.
Great staff. Very helpful (especially Ann Marie)
convenient site to everywhere. staffs are very polite and helpful
too little choice at breakfast
Nothing at all.
First night I arrived at the hotel the bathroom was not made.
Looked as a renovation should be done
Reception staff efficient and helpful. Doormen just as good, and happy with a five euro tip rather than the twenty dollars which would be obligatory in New York. Rooms very good size for Paris (though we stayed in club rooms so I do not know the size of the regular double rooms.) Rooms and bathrooms spotless, as was the rest of the hotel. Rooms and hotel furnished with some surprisingly beautiful items of furniture for such a large hotel. We would definitely stay in this hotel again. It is reasonably disabled friendly too - we took my step father, who has MS, and had no problems with his motorised scooter or toilets and the like.
Proximity to shopping areas
Breakfast menu can be improved
Hotel is in a great location, near numerous shops, bars, restaurants etc
