The room was OK. Nothing special and the price was high because this facility attracts a lot of American tourists who are members of Marriott The hotel is far from the center of Paris where the action is. and transportation to the hotel is expensive where you use taxi or Uber. Public transport is complicated
Location, location location Also the room keys became desensitize and have to be remake once or twice a day, with extra wait at the line to get help at the counter. Attention was awful. Prices way too high compared to similar and better facilities in Paris
Breakfast was OK. Overdone scramble eggs and dry bacon
I shouldn’t have had to change my key “every” day of our three day stay. It got desensitized and have to go up and down the elevator to get new keys every day. A lot of time was lost in the process. Something so unnecessary and the problem was that every time it happened I had to wait in line until the employees finished helping other customers. This is not good. I lost too much time and will think about going back to this facility when I should have been left in disturbed. I am a Platinum level member. But the rules for Platinum level are also being changed. It now requires 50 stays when it used to be 25 stays with Starwoods. Marriott does not cultivate loyalty from its customers as SPG used too. They will loose customers .
I didn’t like the hotel.
The hotel rooms were not clean. I had to find another hotel to stay in.
Great concierge service
The concierge desk was very accommodating. They arranged for tickets to museums and concerts. And gave excellent directions for the Metro.
The breakfast was frantic and overcrowded. I had to stand in line to get coffee.
very inefficient staff
We wanted two double beds. No facility for the third person. Asked for car to be ready at 7 They forgot to do it.
Far from downtown
We stay before in Marriott Opera . And between this two I will be back to the Opera, the main reason LOCATION. The money that u save compare with the Opera you expended in Taxis. The staff is amazingly friendly and nice, The lounge is great variety, the rooms and bed , Marriott 's quality.
The elevator is a nightmare. We wait 25 minutes, finally we have to go up, to have room in the elevator and go all way to down . They are working in that but I don't think the other 4 elevators are working in that time 7:30am. Is a lots of airlines crew members stock in the floors.
extra friendly staff
nothing relly, all was good.
the bed was very comfortable and the rooms were good size.
far from the center. This hotel is only good for business.
Prices too high
First class staff and service. Great location.
Exec lounge closes for drinks early, and no breakfast served at weekends. Overall, a bit pricey.
Helpful consierge. Metro very close.
Booked exec double and got twin beds which though they were very comfortable were not what we expected in the city of romance! Drink in bar very expensive.
Metro station at 300m. 10 min to Notre Dame. Comfortable beds.
Windows not isolated well so cold air flow was constant in room. They keeped room cost at the begining from my credit card and at the check out they "unblocked" quaranty and carged my cc again. Fact is they unblocked my 1200 eur quaranty after 14 days. You dont expect this from a Marriot hotel right?I will not visit them again only if they allow me to pay for the room after 14 days from my check out
location, helpful staff, i got discounted rate which was good!
The Executive Rooms are high floor rooms, this keeps any noise away. Nice beds, with nice duvets. The Executive Lounge with free Internet, free breakfast during the week and drinks and snacks during the day is great. Good Concierge and Reception staff too. Very close to next Metro Station, in 7 mins your in town.
Water pipelines from toilets and shower in higher floor rooms where very easy to hear. We actually woke up because of them.
This Hotel is very near by metro and the transportation is very convenience. The hotel room is big enough which compares to other hotel in Paris. Very clean and staffs are very friendly and help guest to get information.
It will be nice to offer free internet access. 24 hours Euro 20 and breakfast Euro 25, a little be expensive.
We are very satisfied with the hotel!!everything was beautiful, modern and veeeery clean! People were very professional, friendly and service-minded!! Im looking forward to go there again. I would choose Marriot for sure!!
