Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location, making sightseeing and exploring Paris convenient. The staff receives high marks for friendliness and helpfulness, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. However, reviews are mixed regarding cleanliness, with several guests noting issues such as dust, worn carpets, and outdated décor, while others found the rooms clean. Value for price is a common concern, with some guests feeling the hotel does not meet four-star standards, especially given the price.
