Pros (+) All staff are pleasant and earnestly want to make your stay the best possoble.
Cons (-) When we arrived, we saw there was construction in the unit next to us. The first evening was OK as we barely heard noise but day two came with electric tools so loud we couldn't talk or plan our day. We had not been warned of any construction upon booking, prior to arrival, or upon check-in. The next day they moved us to a different, larger room.
