Very disappointed with the Hotel Rochester Champs Elysées on multiple fronts and cannot understand the high ratings they have been given. The room carpets were disgusting so the provided slippers were appreciated, even if they were 2 sizes too small. You will need them in the bathroom where the tile floor is sticky. This is likely atom all the dog urine in the streets and people walking in the roo...
