The staff were frequently described as friendly, kind, and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness was another highlight, with many guests noting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. Breakfast received positive mentions for its quality and variety. However, some guests found the rooms to be small or basic, and a few noted issues such as noise, lack of amenities like a mini fridge, or minor bathroom inconveniences.
