Nice but tight
Loved how it’s located in the middle of everything. Loved the bathroom (tub, it was huge)
The room was tight to move around in. The a/c unit made a loud thump every time it shut off which was like every 5-10 min, all night. Kept us awake!
I loved my stay, everything looked new and clean, it wasn't crowded or uncomfortable, everyone was friendly.
Small workout room/pool area
Room feels a bit cramped
This hotel was nice and clean. The rooms are great sized, the kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner. The bed was super comfortable and BIG. And the hot tub was AMAZING, and out balcony was secluded. Thanks for such a great stay Newpark!
That we only chose to stay 1 night. The TV in the room was a little too small to see from the bed.
The room and overall building was clean and updated. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, etc.
Called before making our reservation online through Kayak to make sure we would still receive the military discount, whoever I spoke to assured me we would. Upon check in, the manager told me this was not possible and said we could get a discount next time (thanks?). We also had a room with a seemingly broken thermostat. The entire night it would not go below 77-78 degrees no matter how low we turned it. None of us got a good night sleep because of it. I advised the woman at the counter upon check out and she said sorry and the would check on it for the next guest. Super disappointed... Otherwise our room was very clean and nice. Customer service was disappointing...
