The hotel was very easy to find but was a long way out of Parma. The Hotel receptionist spoke very little English. The breakfast was poor. The coffee was left in a thermos flask and was cold. We were expected to cook our own eggs! The Hotel however was very nice and modern and the room very good.

The location of the hotel is very quiet, but it is not close to the city center. A car is needed.

Because we arrived too early there was nobody at the reception; eventually someone came to simply give us the keys, without à single word of welcome

“Great if you're traveling by car, big parking in front of the hotel. Room was fine, not the biggest but satisfactory. Staff friendly and very helpful. Tried the hotel restaurant, not the best looking but it ended up being pretty good although a bit expensive. Location is fantastic if you need to be close to the highway, industrial area or to the Parma fair.”
