Location in central Pattaya near shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.
Customer service at restaurants. They kick people out who still eating when time is over. If you want your free breakfast plan accordingly.

Room was very big and nice. Staff was very nice. 5 minutes walking to Pattaya center. Nice bar in the garden. Free wireless in all hotel area without password! Nice pools. There is a very helpful toursim office at the opposite of the hotel.
A kind of cheese for the breakfast would be great. All hotels in Thailand serve tai breakfast. There should be hair dryers in the rooms.
