Pros: The cottage was adorable. The pictures online are very accurate. It's a cozy little hut and it's very cute. The free breakfast is amazing and you get to eat it at an adorable little open colorful hut overlooking an amazing beach. The snorkeling trip ended up being a private tour with the best tour guides. They were so nice and flexible. My friend and I asked them to take us to the other two islands instead of snorkeling after lunch and they did. The location is perfect. It's on the better side of the island next to the best restaurants. It's also on gorgeous beaches and a close enough walk to the ferry. The location, breakfast, and snorkeling trip were phenomenal. The front desk staff were very friendly and sweet. Lusy was very helpful and sweet.
Cons: Wenda..... We had the worst time getting to Gili Air. Our van was very late. We called Wenda to confirm our van and she said it was here so we took the next van that pulled up to our hotel. He claimed to be from 7seas. Wenda failed to tell us what company she uses so we believed him when he said he was the 7seas driver. He picked us up and then realized we weren't the right people half way to the port and tried to leave us by a chicken farm. We refused and went along with this company. He made us pay him extra to get to Gili Air. The boat ride was horrendous and scary. Wenda refused to refund us our ticket to the island even though the real driver was a hour and a half late. On the way back even though we were supposed to be dropped off at our hotel in Ubud (correct company this time) the driver dropped us off 3 miles away from our hotel on a busy street. Wenda was passive aggressive as well..... The rooms also don't have blankets. You have to use a sheet for a blanket.

Pros: The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Cons: Senior management has been unable, as yet, to lay out a plan to properly prepare a billing for check out. Junior staff was willing. Further guidance is required.
