Not very good on communication before you stay as I left a message for the concierge to call back wanting advice on a tour but never got a response. Parking system is an issue as we were unable to get Out of the car park without buzzing for assistance when the machine could not read our ticket. Cons (-) A bit far from the CBD but the free bus service is right across the street.
