Clean and comfortable in central location.
Rooms are modern and clean. Staff are cheerful and very helpful.
Have stayed three times in Perth and this has been the best hotel for us. Modern, clean and comfortable room in a very central location. Just wish there had been a separate hotel bar . Plenty of eating and drinking facilities nearby, but they were a bit rowdy at times.
Location
Some of the staff were hopeless! And they gave me the wrong room.
We liked very much that the Ibis Hotel in Perth was situated so close to the shopping streets as well as to communication possibilities.
Only the arguing about keeping the hotell a few hours more on leaving date. We arrived close to midnight on arrival and had a 30 hours travel in front of us - and wanted to keep the room to change to cloths for colder climate before leaving. We got 1,5 hours and we was really stressed as the boattour on Swan River took a little longer time than we thought.

Located in city centre
Not spacious.
location and reasonable price with in-house restaurant
my room was quite chilly, the heating wasn't working but staff supplied a heater
Proximity to city and transport and Northbridge cafes
The bathrooms are due for refurbishment, currently in process. Hotels seem to favour a/c at uncomfortably high temperatures, and this is no exception
I liked its convenient position, especially as I was going to the opera at His Majesty'a theatre. I also liked being near to the shopping area. It is convenient in location.
Parking was a bit of a problem; however the reception staff were very helpful in this respect. The bathroom was spartan but clean and adequate.
Closeness to cbd, neat tidy room, staff's nice too
Average hotel, nothing wrong about it, but not flash either, good when you need to stay in the city for just 1 or 2 nights !
The location was great however the hotel is very old and tired.
The hotel location is very close to the city.
1.) The hotel does not have a convinience drop-off place for guest who drive car and bring quite many luggages. 2.) The hotel charged my credit card eventhough I had told them if I preferred to pay it in cash. I found the hotel staff did not have intention to help me out of this problem so I ended up with credit card payment
