The staff were quick to amend the mistake in reservation for dinner. The staff were really friendly and efficient.
The toilet in our room was less than clean ideallly needed a deep clean or ripped out and refurbished. The room itself was very dated but fairly comfortable.
Central location and excellent value for money. All-you-can-eat breakfast.
This is a very old building which is rambling in nature and so somewhat difficult to find your way around. My bedroom was clean and comfortable and adequately equiped but could not be described as luxurious.
Handy for workplace
close to train station/city
lady in bar not friendly
No room service
It was good value for money
Better insulation between the bedrooms could be introduced. I was woken several times during the night due to noise from other rooms
nice traditional hotel. Lovely big breakfast
On arrival, the hotel had no note of our booking. Thankfully I had taken a print out of my online booking
Excellent breakfast, bright dining room, very central for Perth Theatre.
Bed was poor - lumpy
Very friendly and helpful staff. A nice restful environment.
the location of the room was above a noisy generator.
