Pros: Staff was excellent, great, fabulous - very concerned about our comfort. Helped us organize towels, mountains trip. People serving breakfast are also very friendly and assures you start day in great mood. Rooms are comfortable. Location is pretty good - no view but 2 minutes walk to the sea

Pros: This place was super great, I will start with the fact about Giovanna, she is an amazing very friendly, kind, and super helpful person. I was planning to stay at the beginning for 3 nights but then I changed my flight twice :) She was always prepared to do the maximum to find the solution to prolong my stay at Maison Fleurie. This place has a super location right in the center and right downstairs I fully recommend also the unique shop Cherie with wonderful clothes and a great bar Supermarket :) At last but not least (actually for me extremely important) I wanna say that comfort of the bed was for me 10 and top cleanliness. Pros: Hotel is located in the heart of the City, surrounded with many restaurants, cafés, and night clubs. But it is very quite inside. 15 mins walk to the seaside. Very comfortable check in and check out. New and clean interior, comfortable bed. Room is rather small but perfect for a weekend break. Owner is super responsive and helpful. I recommended with pleasure. We had a great stay 😊

Pros: We traveled 4 days after the restriction on regional travel was lifted in Italy. The property was immaculate and equipped with shoe guards, and hand sanitizer at the entrance. There was no personal contact with any staff, and yet everything went very well. We were guided over the phone as to how to obtain the key to our room and enter. There was no breakfast buffet served, but we were given vouchers for caffè and cornetti at the bar around the corner. We declined housekeeping services. Overall, it was a very good experience especially for the new way in which we must all navigate the world. ,

Cons: It appears the there is no way to adjust the room temperature. It became warm in the room at times, and with the window open it was comfortable, however the street becomes quite noisy in the last afternoon and evening, and the window must be closed to block the noise. It was a little warm therefore during the night.

Pros: I love flowers and felt the interior design of the property suited the area, flowers give any building a soft fresh beautiful approach. I was so relaxed I overslept one morning and I received a texting wondering if I was ok. I was met with my luggage in Pescara as I had no roaming broadband to use my google maps. I have arranged with my provider to have this in future.

Room, bathroom and kitchen corner were super clean and the double bed was really comfortable. Location is peaceful. Breakfast was tasty. On top of that, owners were so kind that they came to pick me up at midnight because of my delayed flight and because of that unplanned later arriving. People make the place and this place is certainly where I would like to come again! <3

Pros: Lovely Alberto's family home is grand and cosy, old and impressive built by his grandfather. A lovely vibe and Alberto could not have been more attentive and kind. They have parking as well and the beach is just down the street. Super comfortable bed, very large and crisply ironed cotton sheets.

Cons: 1. Croissants were stale (probably 3 days old – we arrived on Sunday and already we found them in the kitchen: thus, most probably they had been there from Friday). 2. The tiniest imaginable toilet paper roll in the bathroom (without any extra). The host clearly has to check the duties of the maid.

Pros: The B&B is in a great spot and easily accessible from on of the main streets. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach and within a couple miles of the soccer stadium. Great clean rooms and a lovely breakfast in the morning.

Pros: The hostess was most hospitable and helpful. We had a minor medical problem and she went beyond expectations to help with receiving assistance.

Pros: A lovely property tucked away in a quiet street across the river from the centre of Pescara. Easy walking distance. The breakfast is made to order. The staff very helpful and there is parking on site.

Pros: The beds were super comfortable, and the black out shades gave us a good nights sleep. The shower was cool too.

Pros: It is right next to the beach. However, there was almost nobody (and most beachfront restaurants/cafes shut) in early November. The room is small but nicely equipped. The included breakfast is overall very good (not many items, but enough varieties). The front desk staff are pleasant and speak good English.

Cons: It is a little far from train station and central shopping area. However, I guess people (mainly in summer) come to stay here for beach, not for shopping. :)

Pros: The staff were very pleasant and a great help with translating Italian to English when we were trying to purchase a suitable phone SIM whilst staying in Italy. The hotel was in a great location for our needs. They served an amazing breakfast, with freshly baked cake, bread and a brillant yoghurt cheescake, among other fresh breakfast selections. Breakfast staff were also very friendly.

You made our stay so comfortable and we felt at home in security.. The area is very calm and close to the seaside and around there's lots of good restaurants. The room is spacious, neat and clean. Everything was just perfect. Same as the photos (much better) on the site. It was short but unforgettable moments.. This is the place I recommend you in Pescara. Cons: Thete was secure parking but, because we didn’t reserve ahead, we couldn’t use it. wasn’t much of a breakfast; very noisy; looks like the unit was under construction; No hot coffee wayer in rooms. This place is pretty bare-bones.

Pros: The welcome was warm and friendly and Luigi was more than happy to offer suggestions for places to eat in the area (as we'd arrived at short notice). The breakfast was very good too! I'd recommend it to friends and family as an excellent value for money choice in Pescara.

Cons: the hotel is quite far from the center, there are a few restaurants around, not the best ones. What amazed me was the lack of a minibar. If you are thirsty during the night, you have to get out of the rom in the hall to get your water. Honestly, in 2021 I never saw a three-star hotel without a minibar. The hotel is old with some improvements but does not live up to the description on the booking.com. The hotel does not have a private beach, I alone paid 40 euros for 3 days umbrella and sunbed at Cavallino Azzuro. Good breakfast, the same each day but not bad and friendly staff but it's the kind of place I wouldn't go back to and wouldn't recommend to friends.

Pros: It is a nice little hotel, perfect for a short, casual stay in Pescara. The location of the accommodation is great - close to the central station as well as bars, restaurants, shops and the beach. The breakfast selection is small, but with very tasty pastries. The restaurant staff is very kind and accommodating. Due to COVID-19 restrictive measures the staff brought food to your table. The reception staff was exceptionally helpful: serving me with hot water upon request and storing my luggage after check-out, so I could visit the city a bit more.

Cons: My only comment is about the bed blanket. People who suffer from allergies should avoid it as it is worn out and absorbed with dust.
