However, a significant number of reviews express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and shared spaces, citing issues such as unmade beds, dust, and dirty kitchenware. Some guests also mention shortcomings in service, including unhelpful staff and unmet requests. While a few positive remarks are made about value for money, most guests feel the experience does not match the price paid.
