Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's prime location near the riverside and city attractions as a major advantage. Many appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the good value for price. However, a significant number of reviews mention issues with cleanliness, including unclean rooms, maintenance problems, and occasional pests. Room sizes are often described as small or cramped. Overall, while the location and service are strong positives, cleanliness and room size require improvement.
