Room was nice, recently upgraded.
Could use more options for breakfast.
Clean towels and sheets
Filthy floors bring some flip flops. Dirty bathroom floors too hair that wasn’t mine everywhere. They need to vacuum the tile then wash it with water and soap. I spilled something and wiped up with a washcloth and it was BLACK!!! Gross!! Also had to call 3 times about the shuttle after 10 pm because the guy mumbled so badly I didn’t understand where to go. Use it in a pinch like I did otherwise find something decent
Upgraded Rooms, better than when I stayed there in the past
They have redone the rooms, new beds.
Bedsheets need better washing, had stains on them.
Old, outdated bad neighborhood . Can't believe this is a day's inn! The toilet seat was all yellow and disgusting . Chose because we have had positive experience with days inn before. They should have paid us to stay. We couldn't wait to leave!
Nothing, We didnt stay but the front desk lady was very nice.
Got to our room and the door wouldn't open. Had to get another room. One of the lamps were broke. Could use an update on the decor
Terrible customer service and filthy rooms
When we arrived at the airport we called the front desk for the shuttle. Their terrible phone line plus a heavy accent made it impossible to understand what he was saying. We waited for 40 minutes for the shuttle while constantly calling the front desk only to finally take a taxi. Once we arrived at the hotel we find out that the shuttle doesn't say "days inn" it says "Sky harbor". When we asked why he didn't tell us that, his response was "I did, you should have listened." Terribly rude plus the rooms were disgusting.
Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. Reserved online and had no problems checking in when we arrived. Super close to the airport.
Mattresses didn't fit on the platform and there were gum wrappers under there, as well as the remote for the TV. I found dirty socks behind the dresser when searching for an electrical outlet. Hardened gum or something smashed into carpet. Visually dirtiness made us feel weird about sleeping in the sheets, so we didn't sleep well. Pool photo on website is NOT actual pool at hotel, very misleading.
Don't stay here...
The maintenance guy was on his game when my tv controller didn't work.
The proprietor was rude, when I arrived, he couldn't find my reservation and wanted a $50 deposit if I paid in cash. Checking in took forever, and at the end he charged $3.00/night security deposit for the safe, even though I didn't use it... It's in a very bad area, but that's nobody's fault, when you go by price that's expected. I heard him talking to someone waiting to be picked up by the airport, and he wasn't polite to them either. A hooker stuck her head in my window before I got out to check in...not a family area, and the picture with a Jacuzzi doesn't exist..The pool isn't bad though. The place was pretty iffy, but not dirty, and as I said, I felt the proprietor was pretty shifty.
We left our documents in safe in room and live 3 hours away they sent them over night to us we will stay here again and they watched our new camaro while we were on our cruise
Could have done better for the money.
I found an excellent mexican restaurant down the street.
Huge roaches in the room.
It was in the worst part of town and the place was filthy. I didn't even check in. I found other accommodations elsewhere and they wouldn't refund my money.
