They are really manipulative. Non trust worthy money hungry company they will do or say anything to get more money from you an flip the story an make it look like it was your fault. While I was getting settled in with friends an family to help. Not even 1 minutes after they brought stuff to my room security is at the door threatening us making disgusting remarks lying an basically taking ouroney an making me leave be prepared if someone is not at the front desk with i.d I mean as soon as you get out your car an your on their property have I d out ready to give to them. If I could change something to improve their business it would be more human an understanding yes it's their business they run the show. But they also need to think about the costumer. That's who's really matter costumer service key word other then that nice rooms clean your usual cockroach 🪳 towels that will give you a rug burn in the TOP TEN WORST HOTELS

Cons:Expedia either screwed up booking or they overbooked and we got screwed. Booked a room 3 months in advance and they were not helpful at all

Cons:Very shady-looking people hanging out around the motel at all hours of the night. Not a good neighborhood. The room did not have a fridge to keep your food/drink cold.

Cons:First, when I went to go check in the clerk made me wait for like 10minutes while she counted her drawer. Then she received a phone call and was helping the person on the phone while I just stood there. No apologies or acknowledgement afterwards. Second, the facility sucks. Lastly, at night I went to dinner with friends when I returned there were bikers cover the entry way, there people out fighting and smoking. My friends feared for me staying there by myself so I ended staying at their airBnB. I am currently on my way back to motel to get my stuff and run out of there.
