Pros (+) Nothing.
Cons (-) The hotel was absolutely filthy and the service was beyond terrible. It looks like the rooms have never been cleaned nor has anything ever been repaired or replaced. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The neighborhood also seems very unsafe.

Pros (+) The staff was great and for the price the whole experience was what I would have expected with a 200$ hotel! Hotel 502 has become my go to when I come into town for business.. The location is great for what I need and the price works without blowing my whole budget.

Pros (+) The front desk guy was really nice and willing to help with directions.
Cons (-) The entrance and elevator smelled like cigarette smoke because they let guests smoke with the door open.
