Pros (+) if you miss the ferry from rassada this place is awesome for a quick overnight stay. The hotel is clean, staff is super friendly and they do not run a scam show like the pier. They charge 400 bht for ferry and transport back to the city/airport which is a fair fee instead of scam artist trying to charge you at the pier. The cheaptest I found on the island was 350bht. I would gladly pay 50bht extra...
Cons (-) The hallway is a little noisy when people are walking and the doors dont seal the noise much.

Pros (+) The Tint is a nice, clean, cute place to lay your head when you have a quick stay in Phuket Town. The employee working the desk was extremely helpful as well in providing information on island hopping for the next part of our trip.
Cons (-) The halls echo pretty loudly.
