The breakfast was more than I expected and was super tasty.
The beds were a little softer then I expected.
Older, but nice
I liked the separation of the bed. It felt like two rooms even tho it really was only one.
When we returned to our room at the end of the day, housekeeping did not shut our room door completely so it wasn't locked and so anyone could just open the door. Thankfully, no one did and nothing was taken, but still want happy about coming back to an unlocked room.
The divider of the room which is the bathroom.
Limited parking under the building but it has a parking lot near the front office. Thanks for a pleasant stay, we had two rooms for our invited friends to stay.
Photos very deceiving
It was cool to check out float tubes for free and float down the creek beside the hotel. Go cart track, arcade, and restaurants are all within walking distance.
The pictures made it look like we would have more space in the rooms but It was essentially a regular hotel room with the bathroom in between the beds. The AC unit was on the wall at the entry door so the bed area by the balcony didn't get very cool. The AC unit also leaked and made the carpet by the bed sopping wet. The Wi Fi signal was HORRIBLE, and was useless! There is only one elevator and was very slow and small. You have to walk across a public street/road to get to the office and to the pool. The mattresses were so worn out it felt like they would break in half. I'm usually not so negative but it really was disappointing for our family on vacation!
Good stay for the money
Very nice and friendly staff. Easily accessible, close to everything. Great view of the river. Good stay overall.
Balconies, not very private. There is a mesh metal between each balcony, you can see right through.
The bed are great... you just want to stay all day in these bed.
Very good hotel for the money - My family and I re
I like the location, the price and everyone was very friendly. I also like the way the room was setup beds far apart with vanity in the middle.
The view of the trailer/RV park and breakfast was just okay, not great.
My room was never cleaned and no clean towels.
Staff at desk were great. Cleaning staff were another story.
Chargers for my electric items were stolen. They cost close to $20.00 a piece and there were 4 of them. One being to my cell phone and I don't know how much it will cost.
Good room for the money. Love the River view and location.
Chairs on balcony needed cleaning but were not so bad that we could not use them.
Blood in elevator, rooms not ready, sheets appeared dirty.
Couldn't stay there. Went somewhere else.
Our room was big with two Kings and the view of the creek outside was nice. Air was cold and there was a microwave and mini fridge in the room which was helpful. It seemed very family oriented as there were kids playing outside a good bit of the time we were there. It is in Pigeon Forge, but closer to the Gatlinburg side, so it's easy to maneuver to each location. Staff was very helpful when we needed them.
No one cleaned our room our first day there so we had to contact the staff late at night for towels and toilet paper, but they helped us out quickly. They did clean our room the second day, but they also took one of my daughter's pillows...which we never saw again. The room is big, but it's laid out in a strange Jack and Jill bathroom format. The toilet and shower are in a bathroom, with a door. The sink and mirror are in between the two Kings, so it's nice to have some separation, but the way it's divided is odd.
The Creekstone Inn is located in the wildly popular town of Pigeon Forge, TN and places guests in a perfect location for enjoying all of the fun and activity of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, while also offering a convenient location for heading into the Great Smoky Mountains National Park or out for days in the amazing natural surroundings. In fact, every guest room offers a balcony that gazes down on the Little Pigeon River and encourages visits into the beautiful setting. Of course, with a location less than a block from the Parkway, it also puts a traveler within minutes of such top destinations as Dollywood, the Grand Majestic Theater, The Island in Pigeon Forge (a one-stop spot for shopping, dining and entertainment), Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies and the countless restaurants and shopping venues of the region.
However, visitors need not even step off the grounds to enjoy some of the best experiences in the area. This is because the hotel’s amenities include free river tubing right from the banks nearby. There is also the oversized pool area with seasonal pool and sundeck, and a flock of local ducks also offers visitors an opportunity to interact with wildlife. There is a free breakfast buffet, fishing and water sports, business services, free parking, and a ticketing desk to save time at local attractions.
The rooms are also meant to compliment a visit to the area by providing those amazing views mentioned and to deliver an array of home-like comforts. All feature pillowtop mattresses and luxury linens, refrigerators, microwaves, entertainment systems with flat screens, and a floor plan that offers a separate lounge area.
When you want to be close to it all, but in a quiet and scenic spot, the Creekstone Inn is a good choice.
