Spoke with the manager about the room next to mine who kept us up with a screaming child and an adult who was cussing loudly. When talking with the manager I offered him to listen to a recorded video I took of the nonsense. He said there was not need and the fact that it wasn’t anything the hotel did and that the guest was not there fault.
The manager could have offered another night in the future at no cost or even offered to cover the cost to breakfast in the downstairs restaurant on them. Nope nothing! I paid $300 for a night of complete nonsense.
Song & Hearth Buffet has the best food I've had in a buffet. Definitely not your typical fare. It was awesome to have fast passes for the park as part of the stay.
Only a 4' wide section (if that) of medicines and other toiletries. Would be nice to have a larger selection. I had to run across the street to the gas station since there wasn't any cold/flu medicine
We always take the kids around Christmas. The rooms are spacious and great for families. The holidays are great there. The decorations and atmosphere are top notch. There are Christmas activities everyday for the kids including visits from Santa.
Everyone was friendly and helpful! It was clean and peaceful! First-class resort. It truly is a home away from home. Special memories were made there. Thank you, Dolly and staff!
I was surprised that there wasn't a microwave in the room. Luckily, I dd not need one but usually we pack microwave popcorn on our trips.
fireworks and smokes every night, pool, shuttles to Dollywood, felt like I was on a cruise, my 8 yr old son loved his bunk beds!

Room wasn't ready @4:00 pm...but by 6:00pm after speaking to Curtis...MOD...he took great care of us...shout out to him!
