Uncomfortable
Our bed frame was broken and made the bed very uncomfortable, the shower leaked and the room was damp constantly for days, there was no hot water which we were guaranteed, and no services in terms of linens, toilet paper, cleaning and trash for our entire stay of 4 nights. There was not even the slightest inquiry from staff about how our stay was. What's more, the manager was pushy. It was so unpleasant I moved to another hotel on our last night and just ate the cost of this room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through.

“The hotel is covered in beautiful flowers all around the house which attract some birds; you can watch the birds during your breakfast or while you relax on the balcony. The owner always takes some time to have tea with you for a chat or to organize your next activity in and around Pokhara. Over my whole stay, he was very helpful.”
