Very kind and helpful staff in all parts of the hotel. GREAT BREAKFAST BUFFET!
Only received a bottle of water the first day. Our stay was 6 nights, and I think we should get another bottle of water without paying for that length of stay.

Great Location, Nice Hotel!
We enjoyed the overall feel of the Boutique Style Hotel with spiral staircases, libraries and comfortable sitting areas on each floor. The breakfast was very good and location was within walking distance to shops, restaurants and city center.
My only complaint was that the close proximity to the downtown area made it difficult to sleep with the outside noise.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful in navigating the island.
As other reviewers have mentioned there was a funny smell from the washroom. I found the location difficult to find with a car (we rented from the airport). I also think that many other places on the island are more worthy of mention and patronage then Ponta Delgada. I think one night is enough in the city. Spend the rest staying in the many picturesque places on the island.

The location is excellent. The breakfast is very good. The service is good. Everybody is eager to please. The room was large and pleasant.The free Internet was helpful.
