Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, and excellent pool facilities, especially for families and children. Many reviews highlight the spacious and comfortable rooms, as well as the well-maintained grounds. While the breakfast and dinner buffets are noted for their variety, some guests mention issues with overcrowding and food replenishment at peak times. The overall atmosphere is described as family-friendly and well-organized, though a few guests note minor inconveniences such as mosquitoes and the lack of certain amenities. Despite some negative feedback regarding the restaurant's capacity and buffet management, the majority of guests report a very positive experience, especially for families with children.
