The apartment was very secure with an attendant to open the gate after hours.
There were very few amenities offered to those who stayed there.

The room was big and clean, the staff was very friendly. After checking out, we left our luggage at the desk, because we went a bit sightseeing before departure, that was really helpful.
The water pressure in the bathroom was poor, but that wasn't really a big problem.

Rooms are big and clean. They have a small kitchen if you want prepare some food. The bathroom was very clean and big too. All staff was kidly and helpful with us. We arrived very early in the morning and they give us the room without problem. In the corner we have a tram line 22 wich you can use to go to the most touristic places, There are a metro station near too. Excelent ratio price/quality.
Just to mention something they should have more variety in the breakfast.

There was some problem with theTV and the lights in the kitchen, but did not bother us much.
