The facilities offered on the website are incorrect and access to the wellness suite difficult and costly. The executive upgrade is not worth the money. Nothing particularly wrong with the hotel, it was clean and the staff were great, breakfast was good. The hotel is very dated and looks a little tired. Pros (+) Staff was amazing! So friendly and helpful let us into room early (8am!) after a long flight overnight with children, so we were so thankful. Rooms were very clean and bottled water each day. Always kept the amenities (shampoo etc) filled up to overflowing. Great service!
Cons (-) Extra charge to use the pool. i have stayed in many hotels and have never heard of such a thing! We picked this hotel because it had a pool and we have kids so were very disappointed to find we had to pay for a spa package to use the facilities. They did not want saunas and plunge pools. Just a quick swim each day.
