My flight was cancelled by Czech Airlines during COVID-19 situation, but the hotel charged me the full cost of stay, although I wrote them a letter about this situation.
Nice place great location
The rooms are amazingly decorated I was given a room at the end of the hotel and just going and coming from/to my room is an adventure it self The breakfast is nice Location is perfect, though it is located just next to the castel you will still need to walk upwards to which may be a problem for aged people
Walking up to the hotel is quite exhusting Price varise alot, early bookings saves you minimum 50 euro a night
Great value for the money, excellent location, friendly staff, beautiful breakfast, really private rooms. If it comes to Prague we wouldnt stay anywhere else.
The design of the rooms were really really interesting. I loved how the building itself was like a little town in itself with little narrow walkways and cobbled areas. We had the best service by reception - I think her name was Mariona... she was from Tunisia and was lovely, fast, efficient and super-friendly. She made us love the hotel more.
The bath is exposed, so it's impossible to have a shower while your partner is trying to sleep. We found the rooms a little dim too.
This hotel was located in the older part of Prague right under the castle, with convenient access to the castle and gardens.
This hotel is comprised of several different adjacent connecting buildings, which meant we needed to take an elevator up one floor, then go up and down several stair cases to get to our room. With luggage this was not convenient, but thankfully we are still young and this wasn't a major problem. Also, our room was right at street level, so we couldn't open the windows for ventilation as people could see right in, and it was a little noisy for sleeping. (I imagine this wouldn't be a problem for the majority of rooms at this hotel)
