Yes. they use rates totally diferent than the rates of the day. my diference was of 10€. They cheat people in the conversation rates.

very good location, very close to tram stop, very helpful staff ( specialy Jeff and Martin ...) rooms very well furnished, good breakfast
only one chanel in english BBC, no other languages than tcheck like italian , french.... or for children or movie
