Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access public transport and city attractions by foot. Many found the staff to be helpful and polite, and several reviews highlighted the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms. However, there were notable complaints about cleanliness, with some guests reporting issues such as dust, unclean bathrooms, and missing amenities. While the bed comfort and room size were generally satisfactory, the overall cleanliness and maintenance did not always meet four-star expectations.
