The hotel offered a free shuttle to the hotel from the airport which was a very welcome bonus we didn't expect, we asked for directions at an information kiosk and the lady phoned the hotel and the shuttle was waiting for us at the arranged pick up point. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were very helpful

Convenient for the airport. Did not like the food in the restaurant or the reception staff who beligerently tried to make me pay for someone else's meal because they could not read my room key, I paid cash for my meals. Don't like the attitude in this hotel, will try to avoid holiday inns in future

Pros (+) Andre in the restaurant was outstanding. Great service and great food. Hotel is clean and basic. Ideal for an inexpensive stopover at Prague airport
