Some of the staff was friendly. some is just horrible.
This is not a 3 star hotel. Maybe 1 star hotel. The breakfast is bad, the rooms are old and smelly. Only soap in the bathroom. Internet available for free, but only in the lobby. I ordered a taxy through reception, they send me some person (not in a cab, private vehicle) claiming to be official hotel's driver and he charged me 70 cronas more than a taxi with a meter running.

Breakfast was fine and had a good selection of foods.
The cleaning and the restaurant (breakfast) staff is really rude and not willing at all to accommodate even the simplest requests of the guests.

Solidarita Tram stop outside. Breakfast ok Lobby bar ok rest of hotel in need of renovation very badly worn interiors but would use again mainly due to the price and you get what you pay for.
