Pros:Everything was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly (not the most common thing!), I booked short notice and arrived early but they were extremely accommodating and the room was ready almost immediately. Complimentary breakfast in my room was delicious. Room itself was very nice, bathroom was fantastic. Wish I had time to use the sauna! Location is great as well, I had been staying in Prague 3 but moved to hotel general after not being satisfied with the area. It is in a quiet neighborhood but a very short walk to all the sights in new/old town, and a short and lovely walk or tram ride up to small town. And there is a grocery, mall, and metro stop very close by as well. Couldn't have been happier here!
Cons:Nothing, everything was fantastic.
