Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's central and convenient location, with easy access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. Many reviews highlight the modern look and comfort of the rooms, as well as the overall value for price. However, some guests experienced issues with service, particularly with certain staff members, and noted shortcomings in amenities such as the lack of kettles, fridges, or coffee makers in rooms. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some complaints about housekeeping. Bed comfort and breakfast were generally viewed positively, but not consistently mentioned.
