Just really nice. Big room. Very quiet. Couch, easy chair. Nice accessories in bathroom.
Smoke smell from casino in lobby. No problem upstairs in the room.
The jacuzzi was out, and if the gym was open 24 hours it would be awesome!!
A few minor issues
We had a few dirty towels in our room when we got there (looked like makeup on the washcloths). The bed was comfortable but really soft compared to a memory foam mattress. When asked if the outside propane fire could be lit for the people out there the lady at the front desk was rude to me about it because another guy had just come and asked someone else at the desk. The food at the restaurant was not worth the price. Other than that it was great, we will stay there again.

Stay and play
Won $2,500 in the casino on the slots and more than paid for my trip.
Would've liked an outdoor pool, but everything else was great.
Beautiful location and cozy rooms
The desk staff were helpfull and friendly. Great size room and the view was awesome. Highly recommend to other people
Room nice. Food choices limited and expensive
Quiet location. Room clean and roomy. Comfortable bed and linens. Air conditioning and heating was quiet and controlled by thermostat.
All dinner menus expensive. Coffee shop had good coffee but dried out unappealing pastries. Breakfast in dining room was good and beautiful setting. Setting is not walking distance to any shopping or dining.
Fantastic views
Great views over looking Prescott. Nice inside pool and jacuzzi. Less than 10 minutes from downtown. Fridge in room.
Waited almost three extra hours to check in after
For the most part the staff was wonderful!! Some annoying snags during our stay. Management needs to get on the ball so they can better strengthen their team and get them on the same page. Heck, just be present.
I called front desk to ask for a late check out and the attendant said the hotel was not checking guests out late that day. I told her that we were checked in very late the previous day (we arrived at 12 to hang out and relax and to just see if we could pop in early....our room wasn't ready until around 6!) and she said she was sorry but no. I asked to speak to a manager which she said there were "none on right now". I replied, "you don't have a MOD?" ***Why aren't your Managers On Duty actually on duty? She told me we could stay until 12:00. Lunch was nice, although it seemed the servers were making the bar drinks themselves that afternoon probably due to slow season, which is understandable. There were three big events in town that weekend though and I believe the hotel was sold out, so taking that into consideration and also considering the $240 we paid for our room, one would think all facitilies would be available. The beverage came with a slice of orange that looked like it had been cut with a butterkife and dropped on the floor. Cleanliness and presentation are only a couple of the obvious expectation one would look for in an establishment such as this, right? We booked this hotel because of it's great reviews. I didn't want to be a jerk and send the drink back so I gave him the benifit of the doubt and did drink it and I am pretty sure I drank the floor. And woudn't you know, the last sip I took, I bit a tiny piece of dirt. **** I have been in the hospitality industry for the better part of twenty years. I get that things slack off some during the slow season but come on guys there is a line..... There are also standard expectations that have to be met.
Vary nice
Room was great, close to town, room faced Prescott great view.
Food and drinks were expensive
Nice
Everything
Nicest Hotel in Prescott
Great room, Friendly staff. Great central location
Nice place
Room was very nice. Did a king suite. Staff was very courteous. Facility was clean. Nice pool. Ok jacuzzi.
Room wasn't ready till after 6 pm. Restaurant choice was the very expensive one or the burgers / hot dogs casino. Needs a mid level place. We don't all want to shell out $50 or $60 per person for dinner or eat in a smoke filled casino.
The staff was extremely friendly and the whole atmosphere was of relaxed, affordable luxury.
The balcony in the room was great but no chairs or small table to make it more useable. The pool area was not comfortable as no lounge chairs etc.
Atmosphire, relaxfull,convienant,excellantfood.
They had no confirmation of our booking through your website and took forever to get a room. We made our reservations for a deluxe queen room, but they gave us a room with two queens.
The rooms were spacious.
The pool area needs to be updated.
I liked the location of the hotel. It was not too far away from downtown Prescott, and we were away from the traffic of the main road. It was only a $8 taxi to downtown Prescott.
I did not like their level of customer service. The staff could have been more excited to do their job and not leave us standing at the front desk.
Lovely room with lots of space to spread out. Beds fairly comfortable. We had dinner in the dining room and it was good. Unfortunately there was a huge convention at the center the weekend we were there and they overwhelmed the facility. Taking up much of the space in the lobby and hallways.
No where to get coffee in the morning easily. Other than the coffee pot in the room which ended up undrinkable.
Nice large rooms
The T.V. had bad sound. If a program had music and narration, you couldn't make out any of the words, just loud music. Thought there would be a small microwave in room, since there was a small refrigerator.
