Pros (+) I stayed here before doing the W trek in Torres del Paine. I was traveling solo and it was a nice cozy place to call home for two days. Pancho (owner) was super helpful with information and very welcoming. The hostel only fits 10 people, and only one share room, so it's pretty cozy, but definitely not a party hostel if that is what you are looking for.
