Great location with fabulous view , but not from ALL windows. Thanks for upgrade !!!.Very halpful staff Dany . We arrived 11 pm and she was able to book for us full day excursion to Torres del Paine.Great view from lobby , restaurant and little library. Available bikes in hotel and very cool waterfront bike line . Expensive beer in pub. Buffet breakfast good but not excellent .
There os no fridge inside the room.
They are so rigid with times and procedures. Check in is at 3:00, not 2:50. Lunch orders must be placed by 6:00, not 6:05. They cater to large tour groups traveling by bus and don’t really care about the small independent travelers. There are better more modern options in Puerto Natales.
Great hotel in the heart of Puerto Natales!
From the moment we walked into the lobby, from a howling, winding rain/snow storm, the warm reception we received from both staff and the bell boy was so nice. The rooms were comfortable, with a nice 3rd floor view of the town, and the shower was one of those rainfall shower heads that felt so nice to sit under after a long day of driving. The dinner was out of this world amazing. We opted for the three course meal, with the lamb dish being one of the best meals I have ever had of lamb. Whatever was in that saucy gravy that went on top of the lamb, if I wasn't in public, I would have licked the dish clean it was that good. Breakfast in the morning was also superb. Nice cuts of meat to make sandwiches, along with a great selection of fresh fruit, cereals, fresh juices of which there were five (orange, apple, mango, pear and grapefruit) and some great pastries. All-in-all, for the price we paid per night, there service we got and the food we ate, I would stay here in a heartbeat. Don't miss it if you are traveling to Puerto Natales.
