Pros (+) The staff were all very accommodating, friendly and happy to help. The rooms were clean and well kept through the entire stay. The location was great and absolutely beautiful.
Cons (-) The food wasn't very great. It seems the kitchen is not the cleanest of places. We found fish bones in the pork and the lettuce definitely got me sick. I spent 12 hours feeling the revenge, if you know what I mean. I would save the money on the all inclusive. Also, I would recommend the beer or simple drinks. Anything like margaritas or bloody Mary's tasted awful.
