Pros (+) * Excellent service in many areas. * Asian and Buffet restaurants were outstanding. * Room service was great. * Each employee we encountered was very good. * Drinks were okay. * I want to stay if it had not been for the service issues at the 2 mentioned restaurants this would have been an outstanding review.
Cons (-) * The worst part of this restaurant were the Italian and Mexican restaurants. Service was extremely slow in the Mexican (took a group of 10 3 hours from start to finish.) Service was slow and our server was just rude in the Italian restaurant. We went back to the Italian restaurant a 2nd time encountering this same server and he was even worse the 2nd time.
