Staff is young and inexperienced. no good customer service. They don't have two beds in queen size like other major chains have.

Gorgeous design and great comfort
Lovely property. Appreciated the indoor and spa as it turned cold while we were there. Extremely comfortable bed and furnishings.
Parking is a bit odd. The entrance is not well marked and driveway is very narrow. I think they may still be working on the garage.

Fantastic but expensive
Extremely modern and clean. Amazing pools. Wonderful staff.
Food quality was not up to standard and price was out of touch with reality. $250 for Christmas eve dinner???
